🚨New paper alert! We conducted an end-to-end (i.e. source-to-impact) attribution study, quantifying how much less water supply, more water demand, and resulting groundwater decline we have because of emissions traced to the Carbon Majors.

I really need everyone to remember that the fossil fuel industry knew-knows exactly the climate hell we now inhabit, and are determined to make it FAR worse. That's because they have decided our lives are worth far less than their profits. We are not angry -or organised- enough.

Out now: our new study shows that climate change caused nearly 1,700 heat-related deaths in Zürich over 50 years. We assessed the effects of changing vulnerability to heat, heat-mortality within and outside of heatwaves, and the contribution of individual companies' emissions to heat deaths.
