the difficulty here, of course, being that this player really got fucked in the Charleston, because this hand is at least 8 tiles away from any winning hand. it even appears that a few of the discarded tiles match the tiles in hand, so i think the POV character must be *trying* to lose clothes

Beyond just “listen to Gizz, they rock,” the biggest takeaway from this year is that you can, in fact, teach an old dog new tricks. Give yourself a project. Any project, no matter how small. Just give yourself a reason to think deeply about some art that you wouldn’t normally. It can change you.

One year ago today, we released our first episode of Midnights with the Lizard Wizard! It’s been a weird year. I truly could never expected the way I would fall in love with this band, but even moreso, the way that the podcast itself would completely change the way I relate to music in general
