Zor-El, the father of Kara, is incredulous. He can't believe what Kara is saying. He puts his hands to his temples in disbelief and says "You are your mother's life."

Zor-El leans in closer, his eyes caring and full of love. He says, "You are my life."

Zor-El leans back a bit, as if to draw in all the ancestors who came before him, and says "You are the our souls unfolding into the future."
