I'm not condoning my brothers actions but just tryin to figure out some options. My brother was arrested for felony assault causing injury against his criminal defense attorney in another misdemeanor case. The attorney is a pretty well known attorney in the area I guess. Now we are finding that other lawyers wont take his case which I understand is his fsult but what are our options if he is found too financially stable to get a public one? He has been in custody for months.
