Maybe I’m going on my high-horse a bit, but I’ve always had a quiet disdain for irony-pilled humour. While a detached mindset can be funny in moderation, I think the world needs more sincerity and genuine care, rather than less of it. Call me a fuckin’ Boy Scout, but eh. I literally was one.

Knowing about the death of Gwen Stacy's for years, I always believed the Green Goblin just got away with it, much like the Joker with Robin, so I was so caught off guard that he died shorty afterward, even more so that his death in the movie was a faithful adaptation of it.

I can't stand when people make fun of someone's looks after they do something wrong; I remember when Projadrad cheated on his wife, and people quickly labeled him as ugly, which made me cringe. It feels so disingenuous that as soon as someone makes a mistake, it's okay to mock their appearance.
