For the past few months, my Twitch stream has been suffering dropouts. I've systematically exhausted every possibility on my end. Today I noticed their help doc says 12.5Mbps is the minimum required for dual format streams. Inspector flags this much as an error. Is Twitch dropping out on purpose?
