Our recipe: 2 chicken frames (the ones with the most meat still on) 1 small onion 3/4 carrot 1/2 parsnip 1/3 small turnip Small handful of fresh parsley, chives, and thyme 3 crushed cloves of garlic 4-5 whole black peppercorns Veggies were mandolin'd real thin. Covered with ~2L boiling water.

We're making soup, AND we're experimenting with doing one stock in the 10L stockpot (3 chicken frames) and one in the instant pot (2 chicken frames). The instant pot one should be interesting and will be finished in 90 minutes, vs the 8 hours of the stockpot.
