I'm really having a blast with this game, a true successor to System Shock and Prey (2017). Great atmosphere, mystery, some really fun easter eggs ("Don't let Jen find it"), and tons of possibilities using both weapons and janitor tools.

A story about devilish genetics, strained family dynamics and the one thing that can solve all of life's problems - a god damn fighting tournament!

As if throwing his own son into a volcano wasn't enough, Heihachi Mishima, the leader of the Mishima Zaibatsu, organizes The King of Iron Fist Tournament to prove show off just how awesome and powerful he is, so a bunch of fighters show up to the party, including Kazuya, Heihachi's son who was presumed dead in a volcano but managed to survive and make a pact with the devil and now he's back and he's pissed and he's wearing a sleeveless white shirt and jeans, with his signature red fingerless gloves, doing a high kick at his rival, the hot blooded and hot pantsed (he's got flames on his black biker pants) blonde guy with a ridiculous cylindrical hair, Paul Phoenix.

The blonde Irish assassin Nina Williams, wearing a sporty black top and black puffy pants with cut out seams on the sides, fighting in an empty soccer stadium against Bruce Lee stand in Marshall Law, doing his hatoooooo wooooh pog face as he's being twirled upside down by Nina's elegant throw move.

Yoshimitsu, leader of the Manji Clan, a Robin Hood type group that is trying to infiltrate the tournament, with the armored chromed swordmaster with a horned Hannya mask, fighting in front of the Acropolis of Athens (with a wonderfully crunchy photo of the ancient building in the background, standing in front of a simple blue gradient), doing a little punchy punch with a green splash at Michelle, a Native American kenpo practitioner of Hong Kong descent, flinching back from whatever that green whiff of smoke is all about, but it sure looks stinky.

Two behemoths fighting on the red sands of Monument Valley at sunset, the robotic Prototype Jack, an armored humanoid terminator dude with morning stars for fists, a short military cut blonde hair and cool black sneakers that barely fit his hefty feet, doing a uppercut swing at Armor King, if you believe it, the armored version of King, the wrestler with a jaguar mask (and cute tail), now wearing an armored blue outfit with additional white and and leg armor pieces, but retaining his constantly yelling face.

Potato Mode in the DOS era. For when all the fancy detail ran like a slideshow and you just had to play Ultima Underworld no matter what.

Aggressive Inline was one of the better rip-offs of the Tony Hawk Pro Skater mania. Just like its rival, it also got a lesser known Game Boy Advance port with an overhead view. It doesn't quite hit the same smooth strides, but there are also much worse handheld skate games #gaming #retro #GBA 🎮

I know. But the Saturn was already out there; it certainly wasn't going to have the power of an arcade game, but something on par with what Sonic R would have the following year. Which, to some extent, would have been more expected as the first 3D Sonic game.

Po sledam ubijcy... / On the Trail of the Killer (2002, PC) I love posting beautiful plants from great looking games but I love stuff like this just as much. This game uses a combination of textures ripped from other games, real photos and hand drawn art to fascinatingly hideous effect.
