Solar passed nuclear in Texas 2 years ago. Now it's double. Texas is what makes this chart powerful. This isn't green ideology winning. It's pure economics. Solar is cheap, modular, scalable & incredibly fast to deploy. Wind keeps growing too. When economics take over, ideology becomes irrelevant.

It's so weird, I just saw an ad on TV for Florida Health/Nicotine Free Florida, where they are promoting nicotine replacements as a means to quit smoking. I quit smoking over 16 years ago via vaping as a nicotine replacement. The best smoking cessation aid ever devised and they refuse to endorse it.

Warmer and more variable shoulder seasons are one of the ongoing challenges for agriculture in the mid-latitudes. I’m keeping many fall crops indoors because it’s still too hot outside. And cool weather plants that are in the ground (broccoli, collards, daikon, etc.) are struggling. #climate
