We need to give more appreciation to the people who wrote walkthroughs for GameFAQs. They wrote hundreds of pages, often including their own ASCII art, for no monetary compensation whatsoever. They just wanted to help us through games.

I end undergrad talks with the annoying 'comics advice' of: you have to sleep, you have to eat, you have to move your body in whatever way works for you, you have to engage with the world outside of your desk and outside of comics entirely. sleep is the foundation!! you can't compromise on that!!

For the record, I'm 100% pro emulation. I'll always recommend playing on OG hardware on a CRT if POSSIBLE. If not and there aren't other legal ways of obtaining the game for you? Emulate it. The economy blows ass, money is tight, do what you gotta do and enjoy older games however you can. 👍

I want to like final fantasy vii remake so badly I really do ... but the combat is turning out to be really tedious man. Definitely have to wrap my head around it given how much more I prefer OG's.
