No clue what the movie was, but it was an old, black-and-white gangster movie on the UHF station with a big dramatic scene where the bad guy gets the electric chair and you saw a visual of a hand throwing the switch with a bunch of screaming that suddenly stopped. I was 4 or so but can still see it.

I remember this because during the period when I was in Vegas a lot, there was a gay porn company who had billboards all over around the airport recruiting straight guys who needed a couple hundred bucks fast and they featured multiple Tool Academy alums.
