Yesterday, I was honoured to speak with Volker Türk, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, about UNCRC incorporation in Scotland. A young human rights defender spoke of turning "frustration into power." That same energy is driving children & young people in Scotland to lead change. #UNCRCScotland
