Organization Dysfunctions - with @trond.hjorteland.com! In this episode, we explore how dysfunctional organizations' over-focus on metrics (like DORA) and frameworks (Agile/Scrum, Team Topologies), strips away context, prompting gaming, “everything is fine” reporting, and burnout.

True scaling is "get more done," not "add more people." Once you've started down the command-and-control high-bureaucracy path, however, there is no turning back. The system is self-perpetuating. The best approach is not to take that path at all. 3/3
