Most Underrated Bias in Mainstream Management: 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! Don’t get me wrong - metrics and quantification are needed to manage a business. Quantification by itself can’t be asserted as inherently harmful.
