Our lab is re-opening the search for a postdoc! The candidate we chose this round unfortunately had to withdraw (2-body problem). If you or someone you know is looking for a postdoc in ephys + spatial navigation + neurodegeneration, come check us out: aeryjoneslab.github.io

Happy to share our latest work, out today! We show that spatial representations and their dynamics differ across anatomical compartments of hippocampal CA3, and that these differences can be explained by the level of recurrent connectivity in each compartment www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti...

California mice are paragons of monogamy. The neuronal bases of how they (or any other species) remember their partners is unknown. We found a surprisingly important role for hippocampal CA1 as the pair bond develops and a concomitantly diminishing role of CA2. www.biorxiv.org/content/10.6...

Where do people post advertisements for technicians? We're looking for someone who wants to be the all around 'pinch hitter' for lab projects (and whacky Ian ideas). Rutgers has its listing (jobs.rutgers.edu/postings/240...) but I'm not sure how most people would find it.
