I made some hot and sour soup for lunch. Mostly this recipe www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/hot-... but I didn't have any Char Siu pork so I just used more tofu. I also made it all in the pressure cooker and brought it up to pressure for about a minute to make sure the flavours were well combined.
The finished hot and sour soup, served in a large bowl with a spoon. Hot and sour soup in my pressure cooker after the pressure had been released before adding eggs, cornflour paste, and some sesame oil.

Legislation to enable local leaders to prohibit pavement parking in England has been included in the English Devolution and Community Empowerment Bill. Some of our supporters have been telling us what new freedoms this will bring them.
A green graphic with a speech bubble and a quote, which reads: I will be able to use my walker at last when visiting my daughter. Before I had to get the bus, as I suffer with extreme arthritis; it’s not helped my daily walking. It’s so scary going on the road to get past these vehicles. - Johnny, Huddersfield. There is a photo of Johnny underneath the quote. A pink graphic with a speech bubble and a quote, which reads: A ban on pavement parking will make a huge difference to me and those who are blind, disabled or have pushchairs.
I come across pavement parking on a regular basis. On some occasions, I have to walk out into the road. - Alicia. There is a photo of Alicia underneath the quote. An orange graphic with a speech bubble and a quote, which reads: I have been forced into busy roads on countless occasions with my guide dog, so I welcome that provisions are being put in law which allows people to use our pavements as designed. Keep our pavements clear, keep us all safe - Simon, Suffolk. There is a photo of Simon and his guide dog underneath. A green graphic with a speech bubble and a quote, which reads: Local authorities must make use of these new powers. As a blind person, the frequent menace of pavement parked cars regularly affects the streets I walk on and streets I don't.
