When a law enforcement officer aims a weapon at someone wielding a camera, it is procedurally unsound and unprofessional in two fundamental ways: 1) It is disproportional to any actual threat and is instead an unprovoked threat against a citizen. 2) The officer is a crazed, untrained asshole.
