I never realized there was a 6 year gap between Angular.js and Angular V2. I'm gathering there were bet builds etc..., but it is a testament to how streamline the process has gotten. 20 major versions in 10 years.

To target multiple classes with the same prefix, you'd typically have to resort to brittle attribute selectors. To make things easier, CSS is getting a new selector: the “Class Prefix Selector” (`.foo-*`). Check brm.us/class-prefix... to get the details. (Browser Support: None 😛 — just resolved!)

Drawing all 16,777,216 possible 12 bit RGB colours in one 2D image, each exactly once. Pixels are mapped from the 256³ colour cube, following a three dimensional Hilbert curve, to a two dimensional Hilbert curve filling the square. so nearby colours stay close.

#angular Migrated a project to using signals at work, feels good. Team is switching over from this project as the example 😊 Angular 21. No signal forms and resource yet though. This was from Angular 13 btw, I didn't do the migration of the version, just the signals part, used defer too.

Angular templates now have local variables — the new let-block. Name a value once (total = cart$ | async) and reuse it below, no double async pipe and no if-block just to alias it. Scoped, readable, no directive. Small feature, big cleanup for the unwrap-once-use-thrice pattern. #Angular #WebDev
