They're both great & reflect cast/crew firing on all cylinders. ALIEN is the one I most enjoy rewatching. The social commentary, production design, the way it (mostly) hides the flaws in shadows and smoke, goddamn RIPLEY...and the fact that with all that, at its core it's an Old Dark House in space.
