Charles Dudley Krenz, 72, died from complications of bile duct cancer on May 29 at his home in Winston, Oregon.

Charles spent the majority of his life making poor use out of every opportunity and privilege awarded him and attempting to make everyone around him as miserable as he was. Bright but lacking curiosity, confident but devoid of empathy, Charles was given second, third, even fourth chances throughout his life, but squandered them with a predictable consistency that borders on deliberate.

At the time of his death, he had alienated himself from almost all who cared for him.
Those people will not be surprised that there was no deathbed change of heart here. Chaz remained unpleasant until the very end.

Charles is preceded in death by his partner Jacquelyn Sullivan, whose warmth and good graces provided a reason for others to tolerate him for 27 years until her death from ovarian cancer in 2017. He is survived by his two children, AC Sullivan and Hank Sullivan, who, in the years since their father stole a bunch of money from them and skipped town, have been both relieved and dismayed to learn that breaking generational curses only really takes a modicum of personal effort.

Compton, CA: A masked, heavily-armed man wearing body armor jumped out of a SUV today to kidnap a local resident. He forgot to put the vehicle in park, causing it to roll down the street damaging other cars. He jumped in the vehicle (which had no platess) and drove off without identifying himself.

Someone in Chicago made protest flyers that mimic the design of handbills that contractors put on people’s garages. I saw one on my garage this morning and then noticed many more when I went out for an early walk. A lot of contractors are undocumented so they will surely see these.

A flyer with red ink text/graphics in the style of those made by contractors selling their services, but with content about Abolishing ICE. It's taped to the side of a garage door and includes information about who to contact if you see ICE activity and links to Know Your Rights information.
