The FY 2027 NASA budget request hides its science cuts by omitting mission names instead of explicitly zeroing them out. We did the work and found 54 missions cancelled in this proposal. This is another extinction-level event for NASA science. Full list: planetary.org/save-nasa-science

Also goes for NASA, where I've seen people saying not to worry Trump's massive cuts will be DOA in Congress. Likely, but last year NASA was closing buildings, disposing of equipment, moving or eliminating jobs before Congress ever acted. Fait accompli.

trump deserves ZERO credit for the Artemis II mission. He wanted to cut NASA budget by 23% but Congress opposed it. He is once again proposing a 23% cut in overall NASA funding and a 47% cut to NASA's science program which would be the largest single year cut to science funding in NASA's history.
