Had my last PT appointment today for my knee replacement and am happy to report I reached full extension of 0° and flexion was at 130°! 🎉 Hard work does pay off because I have been DILIGENT about doing my PT every day here at home on top of at my therapy place. Ya gotta do the PT, peeps!
