Este es el Real Decreto que SGAE y DAMA "apoyan". Admite que la inteligencia artificial ya está usando obras protegidas sin licencia (o sea: robándolas) y que obtener esa licencia saldría carísimo (obvio: no le vamos a regalar nuestro trabajo a Silicon Valley).
