The underlying technology is really not all that complex, and it exists (and has existed) in other things in different ways. What makes LLMs and chatbots do what they do is the *volume* of data, and that kind of volume is impossible without just taking literally everything.

Pretty clear to me there’s a very good case against this man for mass murder, and I’m saying that in as measured a fashion as I can. He’s order the killing of 234 people under no plausible war or legal justification. I am skeptical he will ever face legal accountability for til his but he should.
