Wow. LOISH got accused of using Ai to make her art. I started following her on early deviantart. I remember first seeing her paintings in college. This is ridiculous, no one is safe. Artists Ive followed for actual decades are getting harassed because their work has been stolen and regurgitated.

Pour une mineur-e, l'avocat est obligatoire et pris en charge par l'État. Le barreau de la Seine-Saint-Denis organise une permanence d'avocats tous les jours, dans tous les commissariats. Tu le vois seule 30 minutes. Aucune audition ne peut commencer sans lui.

Fais prévenir tes parents
Ils doivent être avertis immédiatement (ou un adulte de confiance que tu désignes). Tu peux aussi demander à voir un médecin.

EN GARDE À VUE, PAS À PAS

1 • Combien de temps?
24 h, renouvelable une fois. De 13 à 16 ans, pas de prolongation pour un délit puni de moins de 5 ans. Jamais avant 13 ans.

2 • Ton avocat
Obligatoire et gratuit pour une mineur•e. 30 min en tête-à-tête. Pas d'audition sans lui, sauf décision motivée du procureur.

3 • Tes parents
Prévenus tout de suite, ou un adulte de confiance que tu désignes. Tu peux aussi faire prévenir un proche.

4 • Un médecin
Automatique avant 16 ans, sur demande ensuite. Blessé e à l'interpellation ? Fais tout noter par le médecin.

5 • Savoir pourquoi
Dès le début, dans ta langue (interprète gratuit) : ce qu'on te reproche, où, quand, et pourquoi la garde à vue.

6 - Auditions et PV
Filmées pour un e mineure. Ne signe rien sans avoir lu ce qu'on te demande de signer. Si le PV est inexact, refuse de signer et écris pourquoi.

7 • Ton téléphone
Ne donne pas ton code avant d'en parler à ton avocat : le refus n'est puni que dans des cas précis.

8 • Empreintes et photo
Les refuser peut être un délit. Demande d'abord l'avis de ton avocat, qui peut y assister.

AVANT ET PENDANT LA MANIF
Écris au stylo sur ton bras le numéro d'un proche. Ne résiste pas physiquement, ne parle pas des faits dans le fourgon ni en cellule. Contrôle d'identité : si tu es français•e, pas de pièce obligatoire, mais jusqu'à 4 h de vérification, parents prévenus.

VICTIME DE VIOLENCES POLICIÈRES ?
Fais constater. Par le médecin en garde à vue, puis aux urgences : demande un certificat avec ITT. Photographie tes blessures.
Porte plainte. Au commissariat, qui ne peut pas refuser ta plainte, ou par courrier au procureur de Bobigny, avec tes parents.
Garde des traces. Heure, lieu, numéro RIO de l'agent (sur l'uniforme), témoins, vidéos. Filmer la police est légal.
Signale aussi. À l'IGPN (en ligne) et au Défenseur des droits, gratuitement. Et fais-toi accompagner par un avocat.

Finished the cross stitch - now doing the backstitch (that's the lines added over the top of the cross stitches). So far I've only done the butterfly backstitch and a bit on the white flowers, got a few sprigs, the birds and the bees still to do.

A completed cross stitich of flowers (mostly dahlias, dog roses, and foxgloves) in pinks, res, and whites, wtih foilage, plus 2 robis, 3 bumble bees, and an orange and black butterfly.
