Just had lunch with some friends my old co-working space. MY GOD the horror stories about what AI is doing to the creative industries. Game designing? Decimated overnight. Illustration? Pays almost nothing now. Copywriting? Two thirds of the work has gone. WHAT ARE WE DOING TO OURSELVES?

If Putin stops fighting, the war ends. If Zelensky stops fighting then his country will be occupied, leaders murdered, language banned, businesses stolen, children kidnapped. That's what happens in Russian-occupied Ukraine.

You are welcome to search the big wide interwebs yourself if you want an in depth comparison of 30+ education systems, and the French attitude to protesting. It's a bit too complicated for Bluesky before coffee.

Journalists love protests, and it makes good video copy but the vast majority have been peaceful. They've also halved in attendance since last week. France is debating a budget bill which always creates issues and some bad faith players such as Melanchon love stirring the pot.
