Police who deal with less "serious" stuff like anti-social behaviour. So it doesn't take police away from solving murders etc. They are the people who will also do welfare checks if you are worried about a neighbour or elderly person.

I was in room of disabled people volunteering to assess access in public. Group shown series of disabled symbols & asked to identify them. For the person with a blind cane I said "danger, blind people attacking." Only the blind guy laughed. 10 others horrified. Yes, I have the tism.

Humans using machines make clothes and books. Most clothes are to general sizes and a few to a specific individuas measurements. The equivalent in books would be if you commissioned a novel just for you. Otherwise we are all reading general sizing books.

Omigod, this is the most heartwarming story possible! Backpack (bear 89) is the son of the 2019 winner of Fat Bear Week, Holly (bear 435). In 2007, he injured his foot & a practice of riding on momma's Holly's back had a new meaning: he was mobility-restricted while it healed. So Holly moved him.

Hookland should twin with Cleveleys in Lancashire which has this art from the local council. There's a stone maze too and they gave every school child a book about the petrified forest that was washed away by the sea, presumably so they would have dreams of drowning.

Happy to help! I was diagnosed as hypermobile in 1996 and EDS in 2022. I have to say the plus side is looking 10 years + younger than I am, because my faulty collagen isn't wrinkling my face.

You should think more fascia than ligaments or muscles. And if it's EDS in most people it's failing to keep joints in place. But in some it's causing stiffness all over. In EDS muscles don't get a chance to stretch as everything around it is stretching instead. Stay away from stretch workouts!

The way it was explained to me was the fascia (connective tissue) is stretching, not the muscles. So doing stretches a normal body might warm up then exercise will use the muscles. EDS people are just going straight to injuries or stiffness.
