So far, this is one of the best 33 1/3 books I’ve read. It goes hard into the roots of the Bristol hip hop scene, subsonic bass, sampling and the progenitors of downtempo. An absolutely fascinating read.

What a day! My new album, White Sands is out now on de la Catessen Records in digital formats. Vinyl preorders are available and will ship out in August. I’m enormously proud of this record and I got to launch it aboard the historic Ketch ship as part of the New Found Sound festival last night.
