This is going to be a bonkers week. Tomorrow is my kid's picture day, Tuesday is my first mammogram, Saturday is a memorial for one of my husband's favorite college professors, which is two hours away. And next Sunday the dog gets groomed. At least there's a slight break in the middle.

Watched Mando and Grogu with my kid. He was absolutely hooked. I love that Grogu still hasn't really spoken. My son is autistic, struggles with communication, and gets to see a nonverbal hero.

"Made" chickpea tikka masala tonight (aka opened two cans of chickpeas and cooked them in a jarred tikka masala sauce and dumped it over minute rice). Is it authentic? No. Is it mid? Yup. But I'm sick and it was quick, easy, and has a good amount of protein and fiber, so I'm calling it a win.

Husband got mini pizza crusts from Aldi. Whipped up a batch of (sort of) homemade pizza sauce. Open the crust package...three packets of sauce fall out. Oh well, my kid probably wouldn't like their sauce anyway because it's different. #ARFID
