Significant numbers of leftists think Mayor Mamdani has betrayed the left by putting out an anti-antisemitism plan at all, and groups that claim to fight antisemitism like the ADL are giving Mamdani zero credit because he has not suddenly endorsed Zionism, and I am caught between and I am tired.

I recommend people read this to get a sense of the president's grave cognitive impairment. Trump is either unwilling or unable (or maybe both) to answer the questions he's actually asked, so he just rants and raves while the interviewers do their best to provide structure to his random brain firings

"Winning" a sectarian conflict means ethnically cleansing or subjugating the other side, which is the explicit goal of both Likud & Hamas & a preferred outcome favored by both Israeli & Palestinian nationalist majorities in repeated surveys. I think this outcome would be very bad!
