Got 70 Up on. This must be one of the last shows from the 1960s, along with Coronation Street, that's still on ITV. It's coming to an end, but that's OK. 70 is a good number to end things on, plus we've lost longtime director Michael Apted too, but his presence in the archive footage is still felt.

In memory of Jeremy Thomas, I want to share what for me is his best production. Terry Gilliam's Tideland (2005), a dark horror film disguised as a fantasy film. It's a slow-burner, but it pays off. The stupid critics at the time completely missed the point of this film, I was in tears at the end.

I'm still struggling to come to terms with this diagnosis. Plus I've been refused help or fobbed off with some excuse as to why I'm not entitled to help in the past. Honestly, what's the fucking point? 😞 I wish I'd never gone to the doctors and never been told, sometimes ignorance is bliss.

Been to the doctors. After telling them what I've been through mentally for the past 2 years with anxiety, depression, uncontrollable crying and vivid nightmares. Turns out on top of Autism. I have Complex-PTSD and, on top of that, ADHD. Fuck. Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck. 🙄

I saw it yesterday, and I found it to be a very funny and heartfelt film about sticking it to the man, as well as honouring Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner's legacy. If this manages to do well, it'll be a massive two fingered salute to Zaslav for thinking he can bury art with a tax dodge.
