Willful elementary math errors. 7th grade (7.RP.A.3) “Use proportional relationships to solve multistep ratio and percent problems, including percent increase and decrease.” But the errors lack 2nd grade math skills too. CCSS-M: 2.NBT.B8 - “…mentally subtract 10 or 100 from a given number 100-900.”

The FDA statement ends with a paragraph undermining its own warning. They signal parents to avoid acetaminophen. Except sometimes. And then: No “causal relationship… established” with ADHD or autism AND Alternatives to acetaminophen have “well-documented adverse impacts.”

News from Finland. A 9-year-old lost an especially good stick he’d had since he was 2. He hung up 20 posters. A few days later it was returned. It had been found by a 2-year-old, who wanted to keep it for herself, but her mother made her return it. She got toys, flowers and candy as a reward.
