Heading off to Princeton University for the weekend to attend the group reunion of my first post-doc advisor. Working for Professor Wagner for those two years changed the trajectory of my entire life. He was one of the best "bosses" I've ever had and I'm honored to have the chance to tell him that.

When you have bad astigmatism, like I do, sometimes you can mistake letters in words. Thus you can imagine my distress when I just got an email from my insurance company with a title I read as: "Your autopsy details have changed." It's a lot less sinister when you replace the 's' with an 'a'!

Been playing around with the CNC function of my SnapMaker A350. Really pleased with how these carvings are turning out! I'm recycling walnut boards from some patent plaque awards that I have no use for. I finish the carvings with a few light coatings of tung oil.
