Not my best week. My OnePlus 7T phone unexpectedly gave up the ghost on Tuesday. It's now replaced with a new Google Pixel & all important data restored from backups. What a pain though. The phone has always been excellent but I'd had it for nearly 7 years so I was pushing my luck...& it ran out. 😔

A few months ago I got criticism on here for suggesting that the Greens were being taken over by the Corbynite looney left. Nonsense they said, Corbyn has 'Your Party' (whatever happened to that?). Delighted to have purchased a #slotcar on eBay that I couldn't find at the recent Havant SwapMeet. It's a brand new #Scalextric model of the Ferrari 330 P4 which finished 3rd at Le Mans in 1967 driven by Willy Mairesse & Jean Blaton. Here's one of the seller's photos. Delivery should be Friday 😍

After their 14 years of dismal failure in govt including overseeing the disastrous Brexit, it's madness that nearly a quarter of voters think they should be re-elected. I despair sometimes 😵‍💫

On this day in 1978, #TeamLotus driver Ronnie Peterson passed away. I remember hearing the news at school. I couldn't believe it. Knew he was in hospital following the Italian GP crash the day before, but never thought his life was in danger. #F1 lost a true legend 😢
