I’m not a parent so I can’t tell you how to teach boys this, but I think a reasonable place to start is turn them into the dreaded, female-coded SJW. Let them get really passionate and activated about injustices, on a local or global level, really early. Take them to protests.

I am a parent. And I’ve attempted to raise my son to be a feminist, just like I did my daughters. Solid strategy stated here, and so far, it’s working in this house. My son is fine with calling out and making effort to stop misogynist bs when he recognizes it- and teaching recognition is crucial.

I tell my 15 yr old son that he has a duty to step in and call out this kind of shit, then explicitly ask him what he’d do in this (or several others similar that we’ve discussed) situation. It doesn’t need sugar coated. It’s a clear cut instruction that I teach him.
