I’m not an expert, but the advice I’ve read is to physically change your perspective. Even if it’s walking to another room and looking out of a different window. Or talk to us I see a few good souls on here who might help. Guess even that can be tricky when you feel paralysed

Do you have a work buddy you feel comfortable confiding in? If so, maybe have a conversation with them when you’re feeling ok as a preemptive arrangement? It may give you some assurance in future. I’m sorry this happened to you, anxiety and panic attacks are so debilitating.
