Here's the part where Cornell requires a "reflection paper" from a perp who testified that after he got the "free pussy" text, he only went into the room because one of the guys in there had a vape he could borrow.

This right here. My child was threatened with rape by a middle school boy last year. We had to get a protection order. The school didn’t follow the order. The school failed to follow their own Title IX plan. They placed the onus of my autistic child’s safety completely on her. We must do better.
