Still waiting on the transfusion. WTF!!!!!! 7 hours for blood, not including the 2 hour drive.

I am so glad I got up and drove 100 miles only to have the cancer institute send us to the ER. We’ve been here 4 hours for a scheduled appointment. He has bad veins and so he gets poked 20 times and sent us to the ER.

Taking Dad down for his Infusion and blood transfusion tomorrow and all I can do is worry. This is our new normal, but it sure doesn’t help me sleep.
