Gov't: We dismissed the prosecution, but want to reserve the right to re-charge at a later date. Court: No. Your own request squarely blames someone else, yet Tr*mp has publicly stated he still wants to get this guy. Hearn should not endure the risk that some other USA will cave to Tr*mp.
