Does anyone know anything about 5.1 audio output on linux, specifically Pop Cosmic? 😭 Connecting my laptop to a Yamaha RX-V385 via HDMI consistently nets me only 2ch audio. Setting the sound profile to 5.1ch digital output results in no audio at all.

i tested it on a third board. this is a silicon bug in the ADC. as far as i can tell, if you _read out a particular pattern out of the ADC_ , it misinterprets that as its own address and locks up the bus
