their system is getting fuckier by the way. they have *once again* apparently contacted my psych office for a refill on my fluoxetine *five days after* they were sent a new script for it, and also after they *filled* that script. because it was on automatic refills.

so today that was like a ~35 minute process. i just... rite aid never had this problem for me, but they're gone and i guess all chain pharmacies are just understaffed and overwhelmed all the time now? if only their system could put forward my pre-dated scripts automatically >_<

it's kind of weird that the message now says "all of the employees are assisting other customers" instead of "all of OUR employees" oh also i just got through and the call dropped so i think their phone system might be broken again. trying one more time and then i will just go in in person tomorrow

in my head i will like. accept a certain authority figure. they have my acceptance and permission. and then someone who is at the same rung of the hierarchy will try to tell me what to do and i will stare at them like 'wait why are you trying to tell my what to do'
