Independent inquiry ordered after halted execution of Pike, who was convicted of murder Tennessee’s governor has suspended all executions in the state until at least the end of the year and ordered an independent inquiry after a botched attempt to put a condemned inmate to death on Wednesday night. Witnesses at the execution chamber in Nashville said Christa Pike, who was convicted of murder, was still awake and snoring loudly about 40 minutes after officials administered two doses of the lethal drug pentobarbital. Lentils and quinoa on canvas board

In a year plagued by darkness and fear, the Artemis Il mission was a beacon of hope and joy. I was deeply moved by the images the crew captured during the Lunar Flyby, especially one titled “Craters of Time.” The photo shows how millions of years of collisions have carved craters of different shapes, sizes, and depths, continually changing the moon’s surface throughout time.
Rather than attempting to capture its beauty through colors and shading, my recreation of the moon’s surface is made from 90,000 grains of quinoa layered on top of each other.
