We have all been very open about how we hate Gen AI and don't want it in the games we play. We can't give Level-5 a pass just because they made Professor Layton. The studio's are not your friend no matter what. Stand strong and say no to Generative AI.

I need to remind everyone, especially after their presentation today. Level-5 has been very openly using Generative AI in their game development and are proud of it. This includes their newly announced titles such as New World of Steam, Yo-Kai Watch 2 and Curious Village Remake.

Preview of what i'm working on this week (more arenvald x fordola stuff i fear)

This time felt… different, in a way she could not clearly put a name to. Perhaps it was because she was aware of the dream, rather than reflecting on it during the waking hours. She lingered on the step longer than she ought, the urge to flee at war with her reluctance to leave him behind. Had it been solely for his benefit, she might have found joy in choosing to stay. But, selfish creature that she was, Fordola found that she did not want to deny herself the pleasure of his company.

Run. Stay.

Freedom. Friendship.

Two selfish, selfish desires, both at odds, pulling in two separate directions. Either she bowed to one, sacrificing the other, or allowed the friction to rip her apart at the seams.

Why does it have to be this way? Why do I have to choose?

“Run away with me.” Even as she made the demand—the plea, for that’s what it was at its core—she knew it to be folly. Outside of her own dreams, Arenvald would never choose her over his duty, his calling, and she would never ask it of him. His place was with the Silver Griffins, and ultimately the Scions. Hers was… nowhere.

But none of this was real, and so there was no need to concern herself with such trivialities. In this world of dreams, tailored to her own whims, Arenvald did not hesitate as she had. Instead, he took her hand as he ran down the steps, tugging her first into the loch, and then onto the dusty trail beyond its banks.

Befriending terrible people doesn’t help you understand them better. It blinds you to the damage they do to the people you represent. You know them *less* well as a result of your personal affection.

Urianger in an Echo flashback of his conversation with the Crystal Exarch in the Umbilicus, his right hand pressed on his temple as he's overwhelmed (mood)

Urianger in an Echo flashback of his conversation with the Crystal Exarch in the Umbilicus, the crease of his eyebrows ever more pronounced in stress

Urianger and the Crystal Exarch in the same Echo flashback in the Umbilicus. Both of Urianger's hands are pressed to his head now. Poor guy
