My sister’s hospital in Italy had a “Letby-style” case. A male nurse put sleeping pills in the coffee of other nurses and of two A&E helicopter pilots. No one died, but one of the pilots was about to fly and the other almost had a stroke. The nurse was upset because those people had a higher salary.
