Autumn is so evocative - it takes me back to living in South Brent in the 80s - the smell of chimney smoke & burning leaves, harvest festival posters in shop windows, playing conkers in the playground, & going to Cubs at the village hall as the street lights came on. It'll always be my proper home.

Call it running away but I think I’m going back to Portugal for a month. I’ve been back in Austria for a week and I’m already done with this right and tight Germanic mindset- everything is so quiet, people are so reserved and nonchalant. Portugal has life, energy, love, and vibrancy.

The #1980s -most of it over 40 years ago now - unreal. What type of videos do I most like to make? The ones that are dream-like, just a little tune in your head, some (hopefully) nicely edited clips, and it all fuses together. Then maybe, they take you back for a minute. Or maybe it was a dream...
