I think I'm thinking about this way too hard but like, this is really dehumanizing? Like when we inherit a collection or help people whose loved ones made games but can't speak for themselves anymore, we separate "collectibles" from archival/personal and we handle the latter with care and tact.

Scrubbing through this video made me really sad. Imagine missing a storage unit payment and suddenly your entire career is stripped naked and splayed out butt naked for a few YouTube views before being parceled out. I'm not saying they did anything wrong, it's just deeply unsettling to think about.

I work on researching prototypes of DMFD and putting my findings on TCRF. One time, I found graphics for a jumping snow bunny rabbit in the spritesheet of the Tarpol avalanche. I also found background graphics in the Tarpol tilesheet showing the Alabaster Moon and shooting stars in the sky.
