if Harbourne wasn’t registered to vote in the UK at the time he gave Farage £5 million in early 2024, then he would not have been a permissible donor. The law requires that individuals donating directly to UK political parties must be registered to vote in the UK, including as an overseas voter.

Great trip to Stratford to catch the RSC's Arturo Ui with Mark Gatiss. A dark carnival of a production, painting Chicago/Berlin as a Tim Burtonesque Batman-style nightmare. Terrific design and hi-energy performances driven along by music by Placebo. An exuberant spectacle, scary and timely.
