🚨 BLACKPOOL NAZI GIG: CANCELLED The organiser tried to keep tomorrow’s gig quiet. We exposed it, you shared it, and with help from our local volunteers and the local MP, it’s now off. Thank you to everyone who got the word out.

We know the 📈 in non-EU workers was bigger than the 📈 in UK workers for 3 obvious reasons: - Non-EU workers were at a much lower baseline in 2014 - Brexit caused their numbers to increase significantly - The number of UK workers is a far more static pool, not changing dramatically year-on-year.

An 8 page newsletter, that'll be really expensive to mail out to 15million households, right? So that would also mean that it would be really expensive to mail them back to Reform, right? I'm assuming everyone knows the Reform freepost address?

I am in Cap Haitien interviewing people deported from the United States. I have been doing this kind of work for almost a decade and it literally does not get more dire than this. People have lost everything they built in the U.S. and are terrified and have no place to go or way to live.

A man builds an IED. He sets it off in a busy public street. Shrapnel flies about hitting cars, homes and a child's bedroom. It's a miracle nobody is injured. And Reform MP Sarah Pochin calls his imprisonment "disproportionate" and "two tier justice."
It does raise this point of two-tiered
justice..

Reform's Sarah Pochin believes the
sentence handed to the 64-year-old who
blew up a ULEZ camera was

Hi yes, but additional financial support is linked to pension credit for people who are at this limit meaning it is understood that people at this income level will struggle. It is a gateway benefit for so most other support.

Sally Taylor @salskibe.bsky.social · 29/09/2026
The people who really suffer are those on small private pensions who are a couple of pounds over pension credit limit. They miss out on all the additional pension credit benefits on virtually the same income.

This artwork was created over the past year by a local Birmingham artist collective who wanted to bring unty from discord by repurposing the divisive Nationalist flags into a massive Brummie Reunion Jack. Suffice it to say, the inspiration for Goldship's magnificent work has not taken it well.

Liar. Small boat crossings peaked under Johnson in 2022 reaching 46,000 in 2022. In current year they are 18,565 and falling. Also prior to Boris Johnson's Brexit there were none.
It's a disaster, and it can all be traced to
Labour ideology. Burnham has no mandate
from the people. He has no real ideas, and
no plan,

I do see efforts here being made to address everyday fascism at community level. Research shows this is most effective. But agree we also need effective messaging from the top (but less sure people will hear this). I just worry that by saying nothing is happening, it may add to sense of despair.
