A medium-sized spider with a smooth dark red-brown head, lighter red-brown legs, and satiny grey-brown abdomen, lit from the front as it sits on a log fence post. Its eyes are small and in two rows across the front of its wide head. Note the slender, simple pedipalps.

A very similar spider on a different bit of log fence, seen from the front. Its pedipalps, one of which is sort of in focus, have a round bulb near the end and a curved, slightly bulbous tip. Note also the ordinary-looking chelicerae with small fangs tucked underneath, the most immediate sign it's not a woodlouse spider.

I am getting so very tired of how every year you change the sounds for the app for Halloween and Christmas, and I have to turn it off from every single computer, only for that preference to not be preserved for the next time you decide to mess with everyone’s sound. Could there please be a setting to permanently disable all sound packs that stay with the account?

Not acknowledging peoples preferences isn’t cute, it’s jerk behavior. Making me go through this rigmarole twice a year isn’t going to change my mind about not wanting my audio settings messed with.
