I didn't get a chance to watch the game but in perusing the advanced stats, I see the Corsi for the Dobson/Matheson pairing was poor. Perhaps due to tougher matchups?? But it's not a pairing I have a lot of confidence in. What did the eye test look like? #Habs

Matthew #Knies put up slightly more points per 60 than Kirill #Marchenko. Columbus got a player they couldn't re-sign for one that is locked up for a few years. From the Blue Jackets point of view, this is a win even if Marchenko outscores Knies going forward. It could also be a win for Toronto.

While, for the most part, I like the individual personnel on the #Habs defence, I am not particularly fond of how the pairings are shaping up. If the projections are accurate, no one seems to be partnered with someone who complements their skillset. I hope I am wrong.
